Are the courses available across Canada?
Yes. All programs are delivered online and can be accessed from any Canadian province or territory with a stable internet connection.
Do I need special knowledge to start?
No. Most courses are designed for beginners. Where prior familiarity helps, we note it on the course page along with alternative starting points.
How does learning take place?
Learning is fully online with structured modules, short readings, practice tasks, and optional live sessions. You study at your own pace and apply ideas to everyday life.
Can I combine learning with work or studies?
Yes. The schedule is flexible and self-paced. Most learners dedicate 2–4 hours per week, but you can adjust the tempo to your situation.
Who develops the materials?
Materials are prepared with an invited specialist, a subject-matter expert, and a wellness-focused professional to ensure relevance and practical value.
Are results guaranteed?
No. We provide educational information only and do not promise specific outcomes. Individual experiences differ and depend on many factors.
Can I enroll in a single module instead of a full course?
In some programs, modular enrollment is available. Check the course description on the Courses page or contact us for details.
What payment methods are supported?
We support common card payments such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Interac e-Transfer may be available for learners in Canada. Prices are generally shown in CAD. Payment options and currency will be confirmed during enrollment.
Do you issue certificates of completion?
Where appropriate, a document confirming course completion may be provided. It is educational in nature and does not represent a professional license or medical qualification.
How long do I keep access to the learning materials?
Unless stated otherwise, access is available for the duration of your program and for an additional 60 days after completion. Specific timelines are listed on each course page.
Are optional live sessions recorded?
Where possible, recordings may be shared for a limited time. Availability can vary based on session format, permissions, and technical constraints, so recordings are not guaranteed.
Which time zones are used for live activities?
Schedules are typically listed in Eastern Time (ET) and Pacific Time (PT) for clarity. When applicable, we indicate additional Canadian time zones.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Policies depend on the program and start date. Please review our Terms of Use for conditions and timelines. If you have a special circumstance, contact us and we will do our best to help within policy limits.
How is my personal data handled?
